If you have not registered your mobile number with NOC services:

1. Undergraduate Students:
   Visit your department’s administrative office and request a password reset. After that, you can register your mobile number through the Service Management page so you can reset your password easily in the future.

2. All Other Users:
   Email a request with the subject “Password Change” to helpdesk@noc.uoa.gr. In your message, include:

   • Your full name

   • A mobile phone number for contact

   • A scanned copy of an official photo ID (police ID card, passport, or university ID)

   Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation that your mobile number has been registered in the Trusted SMS service. At that point, send ΑΚ to 6981345681 and your new password will be sent via SMS.
