Please follow the link Create / Manage Account (http://webadm.uoa.gr).
Step 1:
- Select New Account Application
- Choose the user category you belong to and click on Apply
- Fill in the required information by following the instructions provided for each field.
Step 2:
If you do not have any additional affiliations (e.g., you are not also faculty or staff), proceed to the next step of the application
Step 3: Final Submission of the Application
After verifying that all the information you entered is correct, you may proceed with the final submission of your application.
⚠️ Please note: On the next screen, important information required for activating your account will be displayed. Make sure to save or take note of it.
Step 4:
Save your Application Reference Number and PIN Code (print the page or save it with a screenshot). These are essential for activating your account. If you lose the Reference Number and PIN, you will need to start the application process from the beginning.
Print your application. If lost, you will need to repeat the entire process from the beginning.
Step 5:
Send your application to helpdesk@noc.uoa.gr.
To approve your application, please submit it either:
with an official stamp from your department’s secretariat, or
attached together with one of the following: your academic ID card, a certificate of studies, a confirmation from the 3-member committee, or a confirmation from the 7-member committee.
If none of the above is possible, please forward the form to your department’s secretariat email for verification. After the secretariat reviews your information, they will forward the form to us by email.
